Degustation and Opera Night at Toto's

Dinner out last Saturday to the 6 x course degustation and Opera Night at Toto's.  It was such a lovely evening.  Two unamplified sopranos singing with heart and soul amidst plate upon plate of delissimo goodies.  From the thinnest beef Carpaccio to a single handmade cannelloni and the tastiest, creamiest mushroom and truffle risotto it was just delight after delight.  Yummo.  And the service was so so good.  Each wine was presented with a small explanation about it, the dish and why they went together.  And in a really nice way.  Loved it.  You should go!
